After dealing with a couple of unfortunate punctures on long trips, I found myself in need of a spare wheel. My car has a unique wheel and tire specification, but luckily, Carnoisser had just begun offering a space saver spare for my model, which the manufacturer didn’t provide. I appreciated the detailed technical information they shared, showing thoughtful design, and their customer service was quick and helpful when I had questions. This made me feel confident enough to invest in what’s a pretty pricey kit these days. The kit showed up on time, and when I tested it out, it performed well, except for a spigot ring that got totally stuck on my car when I tried to take the spare off. Carnoisser was quick to respond when I brought this up and promptly sent me a replacement ring.

I just got some fantastic help and service. There was a minor hiccup with my order, but my worries were addressed quickly. Changing and returning items was a breeze. The personal touch really shows the character of the company and its values. I can't recommend them enough!
